Mr. Pramod Sharma has experience of over 33 years in Sales & Marketing, L&D and HR.

He has been associated with MAS financial for 10 years.

He joined in the capacity of National Sales Manager for Commercial Vehicle product line.

Looking at his willingness to learn and dedication towards work, he was later given responsible profile of Leadership Training & Development of Sales Team.

In year 2018, he was moved to Human Resource Development Department and is presently leading team of 20+ employees. In his tenure with MAS he has got an opportunity to work on cross functional and critical assignments.

Mrs Bhavna Bhatt became a part of MAS Family in the year 1999 and since then she has been an integral part of Operations Team.

She is known for her resourcefulness which helped her in managing multiple departments for consecutive eighteen years in a row.

She joined MAS in a capacity of Trainee and was trained under the Management Team.

Within six months she got promoted to Executive Credit. In between she got promoted twice.

Looking at her consistent performance, Management Team decided to handover very responsible and crucial profile to her, she is presently heading Treasury Department wherein she is responsible for handling fund planning & parking, overseeing investment of funds, planning future fund flow under management guidance and ensure repayment to borrowers & lenders is done on time.

Mr. Bhavesh Patel joined MAS Family in the year 2002 as an Account Assistant. During his tenure he has been hard worker and has shown his dedication towards all the given assignment.

He has been managing entire gamut of accounting activities i.e. liaising with various branches to track their expenditure, routine expense check, statutory audit, account scrutiny, preparing balance sheet and MIS reports.

The past seventeen years at MAS have been a learning curve for him.

He had a very limited knowledge when he joined MAS ; however with the support of Management Team he was able to scale up to this level.
