Responsibilities –
- Appointment of quality Team in the Branch
- Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
- Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks.
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR – Quantity and
- Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
- Following up and liasoning with credit and process for maintaining efficient TAT.
- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
- Portfolio management.
- Track and analyze business development metrics, sales data, and market trends within the state. Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
