Responsibilities

  • Appointment of quality Team in the Branch
  • Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
  • Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks.
  • Daily monitoring of Team DSR – Quantity and
  • Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
  • Following up and liasoning with credit and process for maintaining efficient TAT.
  • To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Track and analyze business development metrics, sales data, and market trends within the state. Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
