"I am thrilled to reflect on my journey from joining MAS as a Junior Programmer on May 27, 2003, to my current roles as CTO and CIO. Progressing from Programmer to Senior Programmer, then Project In Charge, and finally CTO in May 2022 and CIO in February 2023, has been incredibly fulfilling. When I started, the software division was a one-person team; today, it’s a dynamic IT division with over 65 professionals, including analysts, developers, data scientists, and hardware/networking experts.
