Job Description

• Job Holder of this position is responsible for overseeing and managing the credit operations and risk management functions.
• Collaborates with various departments, such as sales, underwriting, and senior management, to implement credit strategies and achieve business goals.
• Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine credit limits and terms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of credit trends, market conditions, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
• Review and assess a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.
• Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance during the loan tenure.
• Maintain Portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS and other operations related MIS of the cluster and regularly reporting the same.
