Job Description

• Conduct regular performance reviews of the collection team and provide necessary training for skill enhancement
• Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies, RBI/NBFC regulations, and fair debt collection practices.
• Prepare and present regular collection performance reports, key metrics, and insights to senior management.
• Use collection data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
• Monitor overdue accounts and high-risk customers, ensuring early identification of problem accounts to prevent defaults.
• Collaborate with other departments like credit and risk management to strategize for better portfolio performance.
• Personally handle key cases that require senior-level intervention.
• Achievement of monthly/quarterly collection targets.
