Job Description
- Appointment of quality RO.
- Training of Credit policy, Process and touching the market to the complete ranks.
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR – Quantity and
- Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
- Comprehensive mapping of the Data bank from complete value chain. (i.e. Authorized Dealer, Sub-dealer & Multi brand dealer etc.)
- Following up and liasoning with credit and process for maintaining efficient TAT.
- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
- Portfolio mmanagement
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the region.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand regional trends, competition, and customer behaviour.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement solutions to optimize performance.
