Job Description

  • Appointment of quality RO.
  • Training of Credit policy, Process and touching the market to the complete ranks.
  • Daily monitoring of Team DSR – Quantity and
  • Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
  • Comprehensive mapping of the Data bank from complete value chain. (i.e. Authorized Dealer, Sub-dealer & Multi brand dealer etc.)
  • Following up and liasoning with credit and process for maintaining efficient TAT.
  • To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
  • Portfolio mmanagement
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the region.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand regional trends, competition, and customer behaviour.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement solutions to optimize performance.
