• Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
• Daily monitoring of Team – Quantity & Quality.
• Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
• Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT.
• To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
• Portfolio mgmt.
